Face Lift
This procedure is ideal for those patients who have moderate to advanced degrees of sagging of their facial structures. When the skin and muscle sag beneath the chin and jawline, a loss of definition between the upper and lower face occurs. A re-draping of the tissues of the neck is therefore required to elevate the loose skin and muscle, and re-contour fat that accumulates beneath the chin. Because the degree of muscle and skin laxity is greater, a longer incision is necessary. The incision is camouflaged in the hairline and behind the structures of the ear so no incisions will be apparent. The procedure will be comfortably performed under 'twilight-sleep' at the certified Ridgewood Ambulatory Center. You will have no discomfort during or after the procedure and can expect to return to your daily activities by the next day, but allow two weeks following your procedure to resume your social calendar.
